CORONA
— BELANGRIJKE RICHTLIJNEN
— IMPORTANT GUIDE LINES
Friday, August 21, we will play volleyball again in the hall! We are really looking forward to it, especially since last season came to an abrupt end.
However, due to the health risk of Covid-19 virus, caution is advised. We follow the guidelines of the RIVM and the protocols of the municipality of Amsterdam. We ask all members and visitors to take this into account. In this way we actively monitor our own health and that of our fellow club members. We trust that everyone takes their responsibility.
The basic rules of the RIVM always apply. See https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/coronavirus-covid-19/nederlandse-imeters-tegen-het-coronavirus/gezondheidheidsadviezen
In addition, we would like to point out the rules of the municipality of Amsterdam for the sports halls.
https://www.amsterdam.nl/sport/corona-en-sport/
We don’t give hands before and after the game. Make agreements with your team about team meetings, celebrating points, etc. without physical contact. Avoid shouting and singing.
If you invite or bring visitors or audience, make sure they have read and adhere to the protocols below on our website. Spectators are not allowed to raise their voices or shout.
- If you have any mild symptoms – fever, cold, or other symptoms – stay home.
- We keep a distance of 1.5 meters everywhere (in the hall, in the changing rooms, in the canteen, etc.) with the exception of playing on the field. Of course, this also applies to visitors / public.
- It is urgently requested that you come to the sports hall in sports uniform and shower at home. The toilets, changing rooms and showers are open, but are also small enclosed spaces, where a distance of 1.5 meters applies. This way we avoid problems with crowds before and after the training.
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of the training or match and leave the sports hall after exercising. Do the chat outside, where you can keep your distance.
- Bring your own sports towel and water bottle. Do use your own stuff.
- Wash your hands before and after training. Bring your own disinfectant soap.
- After the training, all balls are disinfected for use by the next group. Do this as a team conclusion of the training / match and applies to everyone.
- As a club, we are responsible for complying with the rules, and can be held accountable by the managers of the hall. In case of repeated violations, a training or match can be terminated.
By keeping our heads together, we can enjoy training and playing matches again AND do our best to limit the spread of the covid-19 virus as much as possible.
